Shipping & Delivery
For all our shipments, we guarantee fast and efficient home delivery, thanks to the collaboration and reliability of the best international couriers, such as SDA.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to monitor the progress of each of your orders in transit. In case of any shipping delays, you will be contacted by customer service.
The estimated delivery date is visible by opening the product sheet of the item you are interested in or from the cart. Delivery delays may occur due to bad weather, strikes, and remote delivery areas or locations where postal service is limited, such as mountain towns or islands. Delivery is not scheduled for Saturdays, and if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver a second time. ✔ **Drying**: Air dry is best, avoid using a tumble dryer. If necessary, use a low temperature cycle.
✔ **Ironing**: Do not iron directly on the prints. Cover them with **baking paper** and use a low temperature.
✔ **Do not dry clean**: Solvents could compromise the quality of the personalization.
