The estimated delivery date is visible by opening the product sheet of the item you are interested in or from the cart. Delivery delays may occur due to bad weather, strikes, and remote delivery areas or locations where postal service is limited, such as mountain towns or islands. Delivery is not scheduled for Saturdays, and if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver a second time. ✔ **Hand washing**: Preferable for longer durability. Use cold water and a mild detergent, avoiding rubbing on the prints.
✔ **Avoid bleach and fabric softeners**: These products can damage the print and alter the colors.
✔ **Drying**: Air dry is best, avoid using a tumble dryer. If necessary, use a low temperature cycle.
✔ **Ironing**: Do not iron directly on the prints. Cover them with **baking paper** and use a low temperature.
✔ **Do not dry clean**: Solvents could compromise the quality of the personalization.
